Elderly Support
Older people can face increased hardship during displacement, poverty and family disruption. BBHA considers age-related vulnerability in beneficiary selection and targeted community support.
Programme priorities
- Essential household and wellbeing support
- Food and nutrition assistance where needed
- Health referral and accompaniment support
- Social inclusion and community connection
- Protection-sensitive support for isolated older people
What responsible delivery means
Support is prioritised according to verified need and delivered in ways that respect independence, privacy and dignity.
Monitoring and accountability
Activities are planned against defined needs and available resources. BBHA maintains programme records, safeguarding expectations, approval controls and follow-up processes appropriate to the intervention so that support can be reviewed and reported responsibly.
